Once you press the Enter, a dialog box will open like below image. This will a first page named as 'System', where you can check Computer name, operating system, language, system manufacturer, system model, BIOS, processor, memory, file page and DirectX version.

For check the graphics memory, click on the 'Next Page'. Now next menu will be opened and you can check your graphics memory with complete information. Here you can check Manufacturer, about your graphics chip, total graphics memory and more like below image.

2. From My Computer's Properties

As I said above, most people use My Computer's properties to check their system specification. But properties don't show full specification.
