and press Enter.Once you press the Enter, a dialog box will open like below image. This will a first page named as 'System', where you can check Computer name, operating system, language, system manufacturer, system model, BIOS, processor, memory, file page and DirectX version.
For check the graphics memory, click on the 'Next Page'. Now next menu will be opened and you can check your graphics memory with complete information. Here you can check Manufacturer, about your graphics chip, total graphics memory and more like below image.
Similarly, you can check your further current information about your computer by clicking on 'Next Page'.
2. From My Computer's Properties
As I said above, most people use My Computer's properties to check their system specification. But properties don't show full specification. You can check only operating system type, processor and memory of your device from the properties of My Computer. But for display and deeply about processor, Device Manager will help you. To check operating system type, Processor speed and memory, go to 'My Computer' and right click on it. Select 'Properties'.Now your 3 basic information about computer will show from this way.

On left corner, three options are present in 'System Summary'. From these options, you can check also further information about your computer.
