  1. I've been using dualmon.com - it's free, and they don't care if you use it for personal or commercial use like TeamViewer does. You can use it for remote access, remote assistance, or online meetings.

  2. Unfortunately all of these apps (excluding teamviewer) require host module installation which is not a good idea for spontaneous tech support.

Try to switch to free AEROADMIN. Quite simple and fast thing though.

    1. Alright, but how can we rely on your recommended app?

  3. Another very good alternative is: R-HUB remote support servers. You may try the same.

  4. >released in December 2009 ... there is no any alternative software
    >Teamviewer was one and only remote control software which could
    >help to share screen, transfer files or more

What on earth are you talking about ???? There was plenty of software that did these things and well before 2009. e.g. PC Anywhere allowed you to "share screen, transfer files or more" (share mouse, share keyboard, work collaboratively, telework, etc) since the early 1990's (Yes, I was using it a lot back then).

    1. Okay! Thanks to share your opinions. Keep calm :)
